Does FTT manufacture standard tooling? (i.e. High Performance End Mills and Drills)
Form Tool Technology, offers a high performance line of solid carbide end mills (IncrediMills) and solid or coolant thru carbide drills (IncrediDrills). All tools are offered in various configurations of lengths, flutes and geometries, with a very aggressive pricing structure.
Is there a minimum quantity?
FTT does not have a minimum order quantity, inquires will be quoted based on quantity requested.
What is the normal turn around time?
Special Manufactured Tooling: 3 – 4 Weeks
Standard Manufactured Tooling: 1 – 2 Weeks
Reconditioned Special Tooling: 2 Weeks
Standard Reconditioned Tooling: 1 Week
Tool Modifications: 1 – 2 Weeks
Coating Service: 1 – 4 Days
Emergency Service : Blue Streak 12 – 72 Hours
What is the FTT return policy?
All claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior permission and must be accompanied by the proper paperwork. Unless your company has entered into a separate product purchase agreement with Form Tool Technology, Inc. that continues to be in effect and honored on the date of your order, these terms and conditions will apply to all orders. Such agreement, depending upon its terms, may supersede Form Tool Technology’s Terms and Conditions.
As a customer can I access our order status ON LINE?
FTT has launched a customer portal to make checking order status simple and quick. With a username, password and a few mouse clicks you will have access to pricing, availability, order shipping instruction, etc. We find it very important to have instant access to critical information with minimal interaction.
Does FTT sell through distribution / integration channels?
